CONSTRUCTION FOR WORK TO BE AONE AND APPROVING
BONAS IN PARADISE PINES UNITS N0. 10, 11. & I5
ASSESSMENT DIS'TRICT, BUTTE CpUNTY, CALIFORPITA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State af California, that contiract dated the 19th day
of October, i471, by and between the COUNTY OF BUTTE and TEICAERT
CONSTRI3CTION for the woXk and itnprovements ta be done in Paradise
Pi.nes Units No. 10, 11 & 15 Assessment Ai.strict. Butte County, California
is hereby appsoved; and
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board nf
Supervisors be authorized to sign, and the County Clerk thereof
be authorized to attest, said agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER ~SOLVED that the Labor and Material Bond
and the.Eai~.h.fu1 Per.fnr.mance Bond to secure the performance of
said contrac~ and ta secure payment of labor and ma'terial claims
be filed with the County C].erk of the County of Butte in said
matter, c~hich saicl Labor and Material Bond and said Faithful Pez-
formance Bond are hereby approved.
