BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
BE IT RESOLVED that this Board approves the
attached agreement on behalf of the County of Butte and
authorizes the Chairman to execute same on behalf of tne
County of Butte,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Boa~d
