NOW, THEREFdRE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of tihe County of Bu~te, State of California, that tihat certain maD
entitled, "Proposed Hnundaries for Paradise Pines Country C].ub
Estates Unit Na. 9 Assessment District, Butte Connty, California,"
be and the same is hereby approved; and
BE I~ FURTHER RESOLVED that a Certified copy of'said boundaTy
map herein approved shall be filed with the Coun~y Recorder of the
County of Butte in accordance with.the provisfons of Part 2, Division
4.5 of the Strae~s anc3 Highways Code of the State of California.
