BE IT RESOLVED by the Board af Supervisors o~ the County
o£ Butte, State of California, as fpllowrs:
1. Petition for ~he cons~ructiqn o~ improvements and
acquisitions to be made by spepial assessmen~ proceedings within the
houndaries of the map designated, "Proposed Boundaries for Paradise
Pines Country Clu3~ ~states IInit No. 4 Assessment District, Butte
County, California," which said map is on file in the office of the
County Clerk of the County of Butte, is incarporated herein by this
reference as though fu11y set for~h herein.
2, The Certificate of THE MURRAY-MCCOR~IFCY. ENVTRONMENTAL
GROUP dated the l~th day o~ becember~ 1971, cert~fying fihat the petition
'herea.nabove re~erred to was signed by the owners af more than sixty
per cent (60$) of the area of the propert~ described in said neti-
tion, is incorporated herein by this xeference as thouc~h fully set
forth herein.
3. It is hereby ordered and de~ezmined that assessment
district procesdings sha1,1 be instituted in accordance with the terms
of said petition.
4. It is hereby found, determined and ordered that
the Airector of Public Works of the County of Butte shali be Engi-
neer of Wprk, and that ~'I~E N1URR,AX-MCCOR!~7ICK ~~TIIRONMENTAi, fiROUP shail
be Project Engineer in accardance w~.th the terms and conditi.ons of
the contract to be entered in~o. It is further ordered that Sturgis,
17en-Dulk, Douglass & Anderson, Attorneys at Law, oakland, Ca~.ifpXnia,
shal.i be Special Bond Counsel to prepare all proceedings in accord-
ance with the terms and condi~ions of ~he contract to be en~ered in~o.

5. Said district shall be known and designated as
Paradise Pines Country Club Estates U~it No. 4 Assessment District,
Butte County, Cali£ornia.
6. The district which shaZl bear the cost and exnenses
of said improvements and acquis~tians, including al~ incidental expenses,
and which is to be assessed to pay fpr the cost thereof is that dis-
trict shown on a map which is on file in the office of the County
Clerk of the County of Butte, which is designated, "Propose8 Boundaries
for Paradise Pines Country Club Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment Distzict,
But~e County, Ca~ifornia.°
7, Said special assessment proceedings are to be taken
under ~he provisions o~ the Municioal irnprovement Act of 1913, with
bonds to be issued under the provisions of the Improvement Act of
1911.
8. The owners of property,within fiha boundaries of said
proposed district have waived all investigation proaeedings under
the Special Assessment Inves~iqation, Limitation and ~'lajority Pro-
test Act of 1931.
9. No contiract £or the cons~ruc~ion of improvements in
this assessment district shall be awarded until improvement bonds
are sold and delivered and the proceeds of such sale are deposited
with the County Treasurer. . _

and regularly adopted by the Board ot Supervisars o~ the County of
