pARADISE PIN~S COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES UNTT N0. 4
ASSESSMEN~' DISTRICT, BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, ~he Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, has adoptied a map showing the boundaries af
proposed Paradzse Pines Country Cl.ub Estates Unit No. 4.Assessment
District, Sutte County, Cali€ornia, which said map is entitled,
"Proposed Boundari.es for Paradise Pines Country Club ~states Unit
No. 4 Assessment District, Butte County, California;" and
WHEREAS, the owners of more than sixty per cent (60%) of
the real property within the boundaries o£ said proposed assessment
district have waived ~11 investigation proceedings under the Spe-
cial Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act
of 1931 and have requested that said Act sha11 not be applicable
to these proceedings;
~• NOW, THERE~'ORE, BE IT R~SbT,V~D by the Board of Supervisors
o£ the County of Butte, StaY.e of California, as tollows:
1. That Tuesday, the lst day of February, 1971, a~ tihe
hour of 10:30 o'cl.ock A.M. of said day, is hereby fix~d as the day
and hour, and the meeting place of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, located in the Butte County Courthouse, Oroville~
California, as the p].ace, when and where any~and al]. pezsons inter-
ested may appear and show oause why the Board of Supezvisors should
not find and determine that tihe public convenience and necessity
require the said proposed improvements and acquisi.tinns ~o be made
in said proposed assessment district, without aomp].iance with the
provzsions of the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and
i~'iajority Protest Act o~ 193~.

2,~ The County Clerk of the County of Butte is hexeby directed
to give notice of the time and p~ace af said hearinq in the folLow-
ing manner:
By publishing a Notice of Improvem~nt, said publica-
tion to be not less than ten t10) days prior to the
date of said hearing;
By posting a copy of the Notice af Improvement at or
near the place of ineeting of the Board of Supervisors
for five (5) days prior to the time of said hearing.

I HEREBY CE~2TZFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Counf.y of
Butte, S'~a~e of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 14th day of December, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
