HE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
o£ Butte, State of California, that contract dated the 23.st day of
December, 3971, by and between the County of Butte and Baldwin
Contracting Company~ Inc., a corporation doing business under the
fictitious name and style of Butte Creek Rack Co., for the work arxd
improvements to be done in Paradise Pines Units No. 12, i3 & lA
Assessment District, Butte County, California, is hereby approved;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that t'~e Chairmarl Uf the Bpa~d of
Supervisors be authorized to sign, and the County Clerk thezeof be
authorized to attes'~, said agreement; and
~3E IT FURTFiER RESOLV~D ~.hat the Labpr and P4atexial Bond
and t:~e Faithful Performance Bond to secure the performance of.said
contract and to secure payment of labor and material claims be filed
with the County Clerk of the County of Butte in said matter, which
said Labor and rSaterial Dond and said Faithful Performance 8ond are
hereby approved. ~
