THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That an amendment to the Contract between the Board of
Supervisors of the Cotmty of Butte, aa~d the Board of Administration,
California State Employees; Retirement System is hereby authorized, a
copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "~hibit A," and by
such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in fu11.
SECTION 2. The Chairman of said Board of Supervisors is hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to execute said amendment for and on
behalf of the Cotuzty of Butte
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days after
the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)
days from the passage thereof shad be published at least once in the
Oroville Nercu ry , a newspaper of general cir-
culation, published a~~d circulated in the County of Butte, and thenceforth
and thereafter the same shall be in fu11 force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this th day of -„ Au~st _ ,- , 1961, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supe rvisors Alldredge, Pittman, Steinegger and Chairman Giles

ABSENT: None
