1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 710 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE
2 "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1861-62.
S THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
4 DO ORDAIPI AS FOLLOWS
5 1. THAT Ordinance No. 710 of the County of Butte is hereby amended
6 as follows:
7 (a) That Section 12 of said Ordinance No. 710 shall be amended as to

14 shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and

1'7 published in the County of Butte, State of Galifornia, together with the
18 names of the members voting For and against said Ordinance,
19 ADOPTED AND PASSED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUAITY OF BUTTE,
20 State of California on the 28th day of August , 1961 by the
21 following vote:
