(a) That Section 28 of said Ordinance No..710 shall be amended to
read as follows:

20 This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date
of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage and adoption shall be published once in the Parac',.ise_tost___ _ ,
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California,
together with the names of the members voting for and against said
Ordinance.
ADOPTED AND PASSED by the BOARD OF SUPET3V ISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
State of California on the gnu day of Octobex , 1861 by the
