ORD BEDID BRI~GE @ SACRAMENTO RNER. - CROSSING 6F STATE LANDS
BE ~P RESOI,VE]] by the Board of Supervisors o£ the County of Butte~
State of California, as follows:
1. That said County has secured a permit for the crossing of State
lands for the construction of the Ord Bend Bridge @ the Sacramento River, and
the Chai.rman of the Board be authorized to execute said permit on behalf of
said County;
2. That Clerk of this Baard be suthorized to a~ttach certified copy
of this resolution to said agreement.
