OF IMPROVED'fENTS ANB ACQUISITIONS IN PARADISE P2I~ES
COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES LTiVxTS NO. 1, 2 AND 3 ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT, BUTTE COUNTY, CAi.IF'ORNIA
WHEREAS, a public hearing, for which reasonable notice
has been given by publication, has been held as to the public con-
venience and necessity of the improvements and acquisitions in
Paradise Pines Cnuntry Club Estates Una.ts No. 1, 2 and 3 Assessment
District, Butte County, California; and
WHEREAS, this Board has heard and considered all the evi-
dence, both oral and ~aritten, relative to the public convenience
and necessity of the construction of the aforesaid improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~.V~D that this Board finas and
de'~ermines that ~he public convenience and necessity require the
ir~provements and acquisitions in Paradise Pines Country Club Estates
Units No. 1, 2 and 3 Assessment District, Butte County, California~
and further determines that the "Speca.al .Assessment Investigation, ~
Limitation and riajority Protest Act of 1931" sha~l not apply to
these assessment proceedings; and
BE IT FURT:i~R RESOLVED that this project sha11 p7~oceed
in accardance with the terms and provisions of the Muna.ca.~a~, Im--
provement Act of ~9~3.
