WHEREAS, on ~he 9th day of November~ 1971, the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~ California, prelimi-
narily adopted t~e Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate of
Cos~, filed pursuant to ~he Resolution of Intention in Paradise
Pznes Country Ciub Es~ates Units No. 1~ 2 and 3 Assessment Aistrict,
Butte County, California; and
WHEREAS, s9.nce the filing of said original Engineer's
Report and Engineer's Es~.imate of Cost, bids have been recei~ed
showing a different construction cost tihan set forth a.n said orig-
inal ~ngineer's Repor~. and Engineer's Es~imate of Cost;
'~OS~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI,VED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that the Engineer of
Work be, and he is hereby directed to file an Amended Ena,ineer's
Report and Amended Estima~e of Cost to aonform to the low bid re-
cei.ved for said work and improvements.
