R~SOLUTIQN AUTHORIZZNG 5nLE OF BONDS
WHEREAS, the Board of Supezvisors o~ the County_o~ Butte,
State of California, has received a written pzoposal from BIRR,
WILSON & CO., INC., offering ta purchase inpr_pvement bonds to be
issued by the County of Butte to represent unpazd assessments levied
pursuant to the.Resolution of Intention for Paradise Pines Country
C1ub Estates Units ~o. 1, 2& 3 Assessment District, Butte County,
Califoznia, adopted by the Board of Su~ervisors of the County of But~e
an the 9th day of November, 197X, for payment of the impzovements
and acquis~tions and al~ a£ the inczdental expenses in connection
therewitli, zn said Paradise Qines Country Club Estates Units No. 1,
2 and 3 Assessmen~ District; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinzon of this Board that the p~blic
interest and canvenience wzll be served by accepting the offer of
the said BIRR, WILSON & CO., TNC., dated ~anuary 4, 1972, and will
also be served by selling the said ~onds at the price therein named;
NOW, THEEtEFORE, IT IS HEREBX ~~2DER~D tha't the proposal
of S2RR, WILSON & CO., INC., dated January 4, 1372, be, and ~he
same is hereby accepted and that the bonds be, and they are hereby
ordered sold to BIRR, v7ILSODi & CO. , IDIC. , in the amoun,t anc3 subject
to the terms and conclitions stated in the bid of the said BTRR,
WILSON & CO., IiVC,
B~ IT FURTHER RESOLV~D that the interest rate of said
bonds be, and the same is hereby fixed at the ra~e stated in said
bid, and tt~at said bonds sha1,1 be dated the 2nd day of M~rch, 1972,
and shall bear interest ~z~om said date.

. I HEREBY CERT~FY that ~he foregoing resolution was duly
and regular~y adopted by the Board of Sunervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
