RESOLUTiON ACCEPTING IN FULL APPORTTOPIMENT TO COUNTY OF BUT~~ ~F FEDERAL-
AID SECONDARY AND STATE HIGHWAY I~ATCHING FUNDS
WHEREAS? on Decembez 31, 1971, the State Ha.ghway Engineer forwarded
official notice of amounts due Butte County under the Federal-aid Highway
Acts~ in accordance with the provisions o~ Section 2208 and 2210.5 of the
Streets and Highways Code, as £ollows:
Federal Aid Secondary Funds $210~505
State Hwy. Fund money for Matching $100~000
WHEREAS, Section 22Z1 of the Streets and Highways Code requires the
Gounty within 60 days of receiving such notxce to notify the SCate Highway
Engineer as to whaC amount of the apportionment the County wishes to claim
and to agree to provide any County matching funds as may be necessary after
first considering the sum made available under StreeCS & Highways Code Section
2210.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED thaC tihe County o€ Sutte
does hereby notify the State Highway Engineer Chat the County of Butte claims
the said apportionmeztt and the whole thereof? and that the County of Butte
, does hereby agree to pzovide any County matiching funds required as may be
necessary after £zrst considering the sum made available under Sfreets & Highway
Code Section 2210.5.
