RESOI,UTION TN RE PARIffNG ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGT-TWAY
IN TI3E COUNTY OF BUTTE
STATE OF CAI~IFORNIA
(Vehzcle Code Sections 22507 & 22502)
BE zT RESOLVED by the BOAR- OE SUPERVISORS o~ the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STA~'E 0~' GA~,IFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-
describefl portion of ~Sk:ywa~i Road is restricted to parallel parking onl~* and
the portion of said road on which the parking and standing of vehic~.es is re-
stricted is described as ~'ollows, to wit:
On both sides o~ Skyway from Oaktaood Lane to F~1.liott Road.
2. ~hat PARALLEL PARICING ONLY signs be placed at the appropriate
locations on said ~oad.
3• All oxdinances or resolu~ions or parts of ordinances or resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
1,.. This resolution is adopted in act~~rdance wi~h Sections 22507 and
22502 of the Vehicle Code, and vzolation of said resolution cons~itutes a
misdemeanor in accordance with Section L,.0000 of said Vehicle Code.
