HomeMy WebLinkAbout72-019L~ ' BE IT RESOLVED pursuant to Autte County Code Section 21-54 that Rule 7.5 of the Rules of the Assessment Appeals Board far Sutte County is amended to read as follows: 7.5 T'EREMP~ORX CHALLENG~ TO BOARD MEMBER. The person affected, his agent, or the assessor may file with the clerk one peremptory chalienge in writing to a member of the board hearing any application for equalization. Thereupon, the clerk shall not assign the member challenged to hear that application. Said peremptory challenge must be filed with th.e clerk two days prior to the schedul- ed hearing on the application. Provided further however, in the event an alternate member to the .4ssessment Appeals Board is scheduled for the hearing, said peremp~.ory challenge may be filed at the time o~ the h.earing unless the clerk has sent notice of fi.he name of the alternate five days prior to the scheduled date o£ hearing in which event the aforesaid two day ruie requirement set forth herein sha11 apply. BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that Saction 27 of the Rules for ' the Assessment Appeals Board of the County of Butte is hereby added to read: 'Section 27.
