RESOLUTION FINAING AND DETEFiMINING THAT THE PUBLIC
CONIVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUTR~ THE CONSTRUGTION
OF IMPROVEMENTS F1ND ACQUISITIONS IN PARADISE PINES
COUNTRX CLUB ESTATES UNIT N0. 4 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
HUTTE COt]i~TTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, a public hearing, for which reasonab].e notice
has been given by publication, has been he~.d as to the public con-
venience and necessity of the imgrovements and acquisitions i.n
Paradise Pines Country Club Estates t3nit No. 4 Assessment District,
Butte County, California; and
WHEREAS, thi.s Board has heard and considered a13, the
evidence, both oral and written, relative to the public conven-
ience and necessity of the construction of the aforesaid improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ST RESOLVED.that this Board finds

and determines that the pnblic convenience and necessity requi.re
the fmprovements and acquisitions in Paradise Pines Country C~.ub
Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment District, Butte County, California,
' and further determines that the "Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of ~931" shall not apply to
these assessment proceedings; and
• BE iT FURTHER ~SOL`lED that this project shail proceed
in accosdance with the terms and prqvisions of the Municipal Im-
provement Act of 1913,

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foreqoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Coun~y of
Butte, State of CalzFornia, at a regular meetinq thereof, held on
the lst day of Februlry, 1972, by the £ollowing vote, to wit;
