WHEREAS, on the 14th day of December, 1971, the Board of
Supervisors of the County af Bu~te, 5tate of California, prelimi-
nari~.y adopted the Engineer's Regort and Enqineer's Estimate of
Cost, filed pursuant to the Reso].ution of Intention in Paradise Pines
Country Club Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment District, Butte County,
Ca2i.fornia; and
WHEREAS, since the fili.ng of said original Engineer's
Repprt and Engineer's Estimate of Cosk, bids have been received
showi,ng a different construction cost than set forth in said orig-
inal Engineer's Report and Enginse:r's Estimate of Cost;
ROW, THEREFORE. BE IT R~SOLVED by the Board of 5upervisors
of the County of Butte, State o£ California, that the Engineer of
Wark be, and he is hereby directed ~o fiie an Amended Engineer's
Repoxt and Amended Estimate of Cost to confqrm to the low bid re-
ceived for said work and impz~ovements.

and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a reaulaX meet~,ng thereof, kteld on
