BE IT RESOLVED by the Hoard of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, S~ate of CaliEornia, as follows:
- The Dizector of Public Works of Butte County, Calitarnia.
without farther authorization of the Board of Supervisors is hereby
authorized to,order changes in the work to be done in Faradise Pines
Country Club ~states Unit No. 4 Assessment District, Butte County,
Calif~rni.a, under the foilowing conditions:
To correct clerical and technical errors in the plans;
To modffy the design o£ the pro~ect wherever good
engineering practice indicates that the modification
should be made;
Tq adjus~ the design of the project to u~ility ].oca-
tions, soil conditions, and other fiEld conditions
which were unknown or uncertain at the time the plans
weXe prepared.
HOWEVER, the Director of Public Works shall not be auth-
orized to approve change orders resulting in the increase in con- ~
' struction costs aggregating more than ten per cent (16$) of
cons~ruction costs pzovided for in the Amended ~ngineer's Report
heretofore approved by this Board of 5upervisors.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the fazeaoing resolution was duly
and regularlv adopted by the Bqard of Supervisors of tiie County of
Butte, State of Ca].ifornia, at a reqular meetina thereof, held on
