WFiEREA5, the Board of Supervisprs of the County of Butte,
State of California, has received a written praposal from BIRR,
WILSON & CO., II3C., offering to purchase improvement bonds to be
issued by the County of Butte to represent unpaid assessments levied
pursuant to the Resolution of Intention for Paradise Pines Country
Club Estates Unit ho. 4 Assessment bistricr, Bu~te County, Califoxnia,
: adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte on tEse
14th day of December, 1971, far payment of the improvements and
acquisitions and all of the incidental expenses in cqnneption there-
with, in seid Paradise Pines Coun~ry Club Esta~es Unit No. 9
Assessment District; and
wHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Board that the public
interest and convenience wil]. be served by accepting the offer
of the said BIRR, WILSON & CO., INC., dated February i, 1972, and
will also be served by selling the said bonds at the price therein

NOW, THER~FORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the proppsai
of BIRR, WILSON & CO., INC., da~ed February Z, 1972, be. and the
same is hereby accepted and that the bonds be, and they are hereby
ordered sold to BIRR, WILSON & CO., ~NC., in the amount and subject
to the terms and conditions stated in the bid of the said BIRR,
WILSON & CO., INC.
BE TT F[3RTHER RESOLVED that the interest rate of said
bonds be, and ~he same is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said
bid, and that said bonds shall be dated the 2nd day of April,
1972, and shall bear interest from said date.

I HEREBY CERTI~Y that the foreaoing resolutian was duly

Butte, State of California, at a reauiar meetina thereof, held pn
