R~SOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AI~iD AUTHORIZING
CH,AIRMAN' OF THE BOA12B flF SUPERVISORS TO EXECUTE
ON BEI~ALF OF THE BOAR~ OF STJ'PFI7VISORS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby approves the Agreement attached hereto on
behalf of the County of Butte and authorizes the Chairman of this
Board to execute said Agreement on behalf of the County of Butte,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the ~utte Coun~tp Board of
Supervisors this 1st day of February, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Madigaa, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Gilman
NOES: None
ABSEI~TT: Supervisor Reynolds
NOT VOTING: None
