RESOLUTION APPItOVING AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING
CHAIRMAN ~F TH~ BOARD OF SUPERVTSORS TO EXECUTE

BE TT R~SOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby approves the Agreement attached hereto on
behalf of the County of Butte and authorizes the Chairman o~ this
Board to exeCUte said Agreement on behalf of tYce County o~ Butte.
