BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the CounCq of BuCte=
State of Galifornia, as follows:
1. That said County enter into County~State Agreement No. 30,
Federal-aid Secondary Road, Bistrict ZII, Butte County, Federal-aid Secondary
Project 759(~) for Forbestown Road between Slack Bart Road and .2 mile east
of Robinson Mi11 Road, and the Chairman of the Board be authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of said County;
2. Thafi C1erk of t~is Board be authorized to attach cext~fied copy
of ~his resolution to said agreement.

C.-The Contractor shall indemnify the Sfate against all loss and damage to his property or equipment during its use
under this service contract and he shall at his own expense mointain such fire, theft, liability or other insvrance as he deems
necessarv for his protection. The Controctor assumes aq responsibility which may be imposed by law for property damage
or personal injuries caused by defective equipmeni furnished under this coniract or by•operasions of the Contractor_qr his
