1o That said County enter into Lake Oroville Recreation Area Agreement

page 177, Official Records oE the County of ~utte, State of California,
together with the right to use said public road easements for a~l
purposes connected ~Yith the laying down, constructing, reconst~ctxng,
replacement, removing, repairxng, maintaining, oZ}erating and using
said easements.
Such grant will be ~ade concurxently l~erevrith Uy an instru-
ment in the form atrached hereto stamped ~xhib9.t "A'-'.
2. In consideration for such grant County shall operate and
maintain said easements as a~ublic road at no cost to State.
3. COUNT~ hereby agrees to accept the aforementioned easements.
and incidental rights, subject to all valid and exi.sting contracts,
leases, licenses, encumbrances and claa.ms of title which may affect
said pxaperty, including those conditions applicab3.e ta the grant
herein described speci~ied in the aforemez~tioned gxant o~ easement of
