WHEREAS~ the Governing Board of the Palermo Union School
District~ the Butte County Commit~ee on School District Qrganization~
the Governing Board of the Oroville Union High School District~ and
the Butte County Superintendent~of Schools (two request~~ all of
Butte County, Calz~ornia, have called and ordered to be held in
said districts on the 6th day o~ June~ 1972~ special aistrict
elections, and on February ~6~ 1972~ February 9~ 1972~ February l~y
~972, a~.d ~e~ruary 9, ~972 {for both ~equestsfrom the Butte County
Superintendent af Schools)~ respec~ive~y~ ~a~ e fi~ed t~eir request5
wi~h this board to ordex consolidation of said Special d~strict
elec~ions with ~he statewide Pr~mary Election to be.held June 6~
~972.
NOW~ THER~~'ORE BE IT ORDER~D AND RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ,
SUPEI3VISOk~S OF T~Si ~ COUIVTY 0~' BUTTE~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA~ as #'ollows:
l. That said speciaJ. district elections to be held in said
districts on June 6~ 1972~ are ~o be consolidated with the state-
wide election to be h~ld on Jun.e 6, ~972.
2. That the returns of said specia]. district elections sha11
be canvassed, or caused to be, by the County Cler~ of Butte County
arid certified to the governing board of the distr~.ct. Further, said
consoZidated special district electians shall be held in all respec~s
as though they were only one electi0n..
3. The the expenses of the elec~ions attr~butable to said
district shall be charged to said district respectivelya
