RESOLUTION IN OPPOSITION TO ASSEMBLY SILL 28I
WHEREAS, this Board has been made aware of the
provisions o~ Assembly Bill 281,
WHEREAS, Assembly Bi1I 281 wi11 result in additional
administrative costs being placed ~pon the County taxpayer.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED that this Board
opposes Assembly Bi11 283. unless and until the additionaJ. adma.nzs-
trative workload that would be placed upon the County Tax Collector
is offset by Sta~e ~ub'vention.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte Countq Board of
Supervisors this 29th. day of ~'ebruary , 1972, by the
