BE IT RESOLVED that this Baard approves the
5ervice Agreement for Ce~tification of Eggs with the Department
of Agriculture on behalf of the County of Butte and authorizes
the Chairman to ~ecute same on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte Goc~n.ty Board of
Supervisors this 29th. day of February , 197 2, by the
