and Humboldt Road near Hog Spr3.ng,
WHEREAS, the Board of Superv3.sors has hea~d. read said
Agreement in full and 3.s ~ar~~liar with the conten.~s ~hereof;
~REFORE, be 3~ resolved by the Boa~d of Supervisors
of the County of Butte ~hat said Agreemen~ is hereby approved
an.cT Supervisor Art Gilman is directed to sign the same
in behalf of the County of Butbe.
