RESOT.UTTON APPROVING A'FTACHED CONTRACT AND AUTHORTZING
CHAIRNl~9N TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CWNTY OF BUTTE
BE IT RESOLVED that this Board approves the Amendment
I3o. 4 to Water Supply Contract Between the Sta~te of California
Department of Water Resouxces and County of Butte, attached
hereto, on behalf of the County of Butte and authorizes the
Chairman ta execute same on behal£ of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 7th day of March, I972, by the £ollowing vote:
