~ MENT DISTRICT, BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Wf3EREAS, by Resolution ado~ted on the 9th day"of November,
1971. it was directed that bids be called for the impsovement wbrk
to be done in Paradise Pines Country C1ub Esta~es Units No, 1, 2
and 3 Assessment District, Butte County, California, and that the
~ime fixed for receiving sealed bids or prpposals was the 14th
~ day of December, 1971, at the hour of i1:00 o'clock A.!K. of said
day; and • .
WHEREAS, Notice inviting Sealed Bids was duly pub~ished
in the time and manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, aJ.l bids having been pub~ioly apened, examined
and declared pertaining to the doing of the work and improvements
described in.the Resolution of Intention, which Resolutian of Inten-
tion is hereHy expressly referred ta for a description of said
improvemen~s, and for alI other particulars relative ~o the pro-
ceedings under said Resolution of Intention; and '
WH~REAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State'of'Cal~fornza, on the 4th day of January. Z972, ordered the
improvements and acquisitions to be made in said assessment district;
NOW, TH~REFQRE, IT IS IiEI2EBY RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, hereby
rejects all o£ sai.d praposals or bids, except tihat herein mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for said improvements to the lowest
responsible b9.dder, to wit: TEICHERT CONSTRUCTSON, at the prices
named in the bid of said bidder on file in the office of the
County Clerk o~ th~ Gounty of Butte.

I.HEREBY C~RTIFY that ~ha foregoing resolution was 8u~.y
. and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County af
Butte, State of Califoznia, at a regular meeting thereof, held nn
the 7th day of March, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
