BE iT RESOLVED by the Board o£ Supervisors af the Caunty
of Butte, State of California, that contract dated the 7th day
of March, 1972~ by and between the COUNTY OF HUTTE and TEICH~RT
CONSTRUCTION for the work and imnrovements to be done in Para~dise
Pines Country C~.ub Estates~Units No. 1, 2 and 3 Assessment Dzstrict,
Butte County, California:,:is•her.eby:approved; and
B~ ZT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of t,he BoaXd of
Supervisors of the County of Sutte be authorized to sign, and the
County Clerk thereof be authorized to attest, sa~.d agreement; and
SE IT FF7RTHER RESOLVED that the Labor and Nfaterfal Hond
and the Faithful Performance Bond to secure the per£ormance af
said contract and to secure payment of l.abor and material claa:ms
be ~iled with the Cvunty Clerk of the County o£ Butte in said ma~-
terF which said Labor and Material Bond and said Faithful Perfarm-
ance Bond are hereby approved.
