Hotovec to allow the abandorunent of a drainage easement as described
below,
WHEREAS, this abandonment is conditional upon the
realfgnment of said easement to the satisfaction of Publ.ic Works, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, et seq•, this Board wishes to declare
its intention to abandon said drainage easemenfi as described below:
NOW, THEREF4RE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that ar its
regular meeting orc ,~a~r q T~, 3.972, at 1.3~ ,~y,m., in
the Board Chambers, Courthouse, OrovilZe, a hearing sha11 be held on
the abandonment of the following described easement:
Tha~ drainage easement located on Lot 66 of Central
Park Su.bdivision (recorded in Book 14 of Maps at
Page 35); said lot being locafied on the south side
of Cezitral Park Drive, approximately 396 ft, east
of Williams Dr. (AP 53-05-16), Paradise.
2. '~hat this Resolution be posted and published pur-
saant to the provisions of Goverrunent Code §§50440 and 50441.
