WHEREAS, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code,
§2/~225, this Board, sitting as the Butte County Air Pallution Control
Board, has appointed and will appoint members to serve on the Butte
Co~uzty Air Pollution ControJ. District Hearing Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant ~.o California Health and Safe~y Code,
§24227, this Board desires to compensate the members of the Butte County
Air Po1.l.ution Control District Hea~ing Board for their services;
NOW, THII2EFORE, B~ IT RESOLV~D by the Sutte County Board of
Su:pervisors, sitting as the Butte County Air Pollution Coxztrol District
Board, as follows:
1. The members of the Butte County Air Pollution Control
District Hearing Board shall be compensated in the amount of $20
(TWENTY DOLLARS) for each meeting attended; and
2. The members of the Butte County Air Pollution Control
District Hearing Board sha11 be reimbursed for their travel expenses
between their resi.dences and the place of hearing at the rate of
$a2 (Twelve cents) per mi.le, round trip.
