TLESOLUTION ACCEPTING II3 FULL APPORTIONMENT TO COUNTY OF BUTTE OF 1971-72
& 1972-73 FISCAL YEAR "TOPICS" FUNDS
C~7HEItEAS, the Department o~ Public Woxks o~ the State of California has
notified the Counfy of Butte that under the Federal TOPICS Program $41~p85.00
is apportioned to Butte County for the fiscal yea3s ending June 30, 1972; and
June 30, 1973~ respectively; and
WI~REAS, the County of Butte desires to accept said funds;
NOW~ 'Ci-~ERE~'01tE B~ TT 1tESOLVED by ~he Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as fol~lows:
1. That CounCy wishes to c3~afuE and utilize the entire amount of
Federal TOPICS Funds apportioned to County, to wit, the sums of $41,085.00
for 1971-72 and $l~1~085.00 £or 1972-73;

~~ 2. That County wi11 expend said funds for improvement projects in
accord with TO~TCS program requiremenes;
3. That County desires to accumulate funds and combine them with
an.other ~iscal year`s apportionment ~or use by County in financing a more
substantive project;
4o That this resoZution is made in compliance with rules regarding
use of TOPTCS Funds and the CZerk of this Board is aut~horized to forward two
cexti.£a.ed copi.es hexeo~ to the Distra.ct ~ngineer o~ the Departmezzt of Public
Works of the State o£ California.
