the Board finds that a po~tion of Old Oroville-LaJ.'orte Road should be s2wunarily
vacated,
NOW, TIiEREFOR.E, BE IT RESOL~TED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Bu.tte, State of Cali£ornia, as follows:
1. The following-described portion of the 01d Oroville-LaPorte Road
is hereby summaxily vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets & Highways Code
Section 960.1:

I A portion of Lot 11~ff, as shown on the map of Oroville-Y7yandotte Frui-~lands Unit
No. 5, recorded July 2Q, 192ff, in Book 8 of Maps, at pages 37A and 3$A, records
of the County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
