WHEREAS~ a portion of Larkfn Road is no longer necessary or required
for'road purposes; and
WHElZEA3a pursuant to the Streets and Hig[~ways Code~ Section 960.1,
the Board finds that a portion of I~arkin Road should be summarily vacated,
NOW~ THEREFORE~ B~ IT RESOLVEll by Che Board of Superva.sors of the
County of Butte~ State o£ California, as £ollows:
The following-descri.bed portion of 1.arkin Road is hexeby summarily
vacated and abandoned pursuaz~t to Streets and Highways Code Section 960.1:
A porCion of Larkin Road as described in those certain deeds to the County of
Butte recorded in the offi.ce of Che Recorder of Che County of Butte on
September 6, 1875, in Book "0" of Deeds at Page 7S0 and March 20~ 7.934, in
Book 86 of Offida~. Records~ page 7.54~ described as fol.lows:
Commencing at a point in the easterly right of way line of the Larkin Gounty
Road and from which point the northwest corner o£ the Hume Townsa.te~ re-
corded in Book 6, Maps of Record, at page 59 on fil.e Butte County Recorder`s
office~ Oroville~ California~ beaxs S 54°23'2C~"E, ~.oa4.17 feet; thence
S 1°0/+~35~~ W~ ].46.41 feet to the TRUE POII~7T OF BEGINNING; thence S 7,°04`35"W
233.45 feet; thence southeasterly a7.ong the arc of a tangent 170.00 foot
radius curve, concave to t€~e northeast, through a centiral angle of 71°24'25",
a distance of 27.3..87 feet to a point on the norCh line of said Larkin Road;

Reserving from the above°described parcel a public utili~.y easement
over, under and across and through the property described herein.
