BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervi.soxs of the County of Butte as

YdHEREAS, by Resol.ution 70-].20 dated July 28~ 1970~ the Board of Superviso s
es~ablished the Orovil.].e T7am Boulevard Underground Utility District No. 1; and

iVOWa ~HEREk'ORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors does hereby
establish the date of July 15, 1972, as the date when affected property owners
must be ready to receive underground service and does [~ereby order the removal
of alY poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and the under-
ground insrallation of wires and facilities for snpplying electric communicatio s
or similar or associated service within Oroville Dam Boulevard Underground
UCility Distzict No. 1 on or before i3ovember 1, 1972.
