RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, Calif'ornia, tha.t
WHE~tEA5, this Board, by its ~tesolution No. 72-7~, of the
18th day ofi April, I.972, did fix the 23rd day of May, ig72, a~
the hour of 1:30 P.M, in the Supexvi~sors Chambers, Courthouse,
Orovi~le, Cal3fornia, as tia.e time and place fbr hearing on the
format3.on of ~he L3.me Saddle Commun.ity Serv3.ce Distric~.
NoW, THEREFORE, IT TS ORDERED as fo].J.aws:
].. Tha~ bhe County Clerk shall cause copies of riotice
of' hearing on the formation of the i~ime Saddle Community
Service D3.str~ct to be mailed, postage prepaid to all persons
owning real proper~y whic~.w3.11. be within such district when the
same is forrned and wk~ich taill or may be ~axed or assessed for
the payment of bonds ox other evidences of indebtedness issued
by or for said di.str~,ct, whose names or addresses appear on ~he
last equalized Cntzn~y assessment roll (including the roll of
State assessed property~ or are known to the Clerk, and to each
p~rson, includin~ the owner ar person having an interest in prop-
erty' assessed by the State under section ].~k of Article 13 of the
Californ~.a Constitution, who have filed, with the County Assessor
for the Current fiscal year, a statemen~ of his name, address,
and a description of the property owned.'by him and requesting
that a no~i.ce of a3.1 proposals affec~ing such property be mailed
to said address, Such notice shall. be mailEd at least f~.~'~een
(15) day's pxior to the date fixed ~'or hearing.
