WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from Duane
Hotovec to allow the abandonment of a drainage ease-nent as describad

unde'r Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to abandon
said easement as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
~. That this Board finds tha~ said easement is
unnecessary for present or prospective publ~.c use.
2. That said drainage easement as hereina~ter describ-
ed is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said drainage eas~?nent is situated in the
County of Batte, State of California, and described as foll.ows, to
wit:
That drainage easement located on Lot b6 of Central
Park Subdivision (recorded in Book 14 of Maps at
Page 35); said lo~. being Ioca~ed on the south side
of Central Park Drive, approximately 39b f~, east
of Williams Dr, (AP 53-05-16), Paradise.
