RESOLUTION GTVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
ABA~I30N PUBLIC UTILTTY EASEMENT

WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from ,7erry H,
McGuire and Don A, Zee Wilson to allow the aban.donment o~ a public
utility easement as described be7.ow,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Gavernment Code §§50%30, et seq, t his ~oard wishes to declare
its intention to abandon said public uti~.ity easement as described
below:
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeti.ng on Jlin.e.~~:,~~, 7.972, at 3::30 arp.m,, in the
Board Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville, a hearing sha11 be he1d. on
the abandonment of the following described easement:
The Northwesterly and Sou.~hwesterly 10 feet of Lot 20
for public utility easements as shown on that certain
Map entitled, '~PARI~,SIDE TERRACE SUBDIVISION N0. 2tP
which Map r,,ras filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California, September 28, 1950,
in Map Book 18, at Pages 37 and 38.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
PASSED ANp ADOPTED by the Bntte County Board of Super-
visars this 9th day of ~~3' ^~~~~, 1972, by the
