WHEREAS, .this Board was grieved to 1.earn of the untime3.y and
tragic death ot Pr'~ZRY NIACK FARMER, A~torney at Law, on May 25, 1972, and
WHEREAS, PERRY MACIC FARA4ER was an esteemed member of the But~e
County Ba~ Association since he came to Butte County in 1960, and
WHEREAS, PERRY MACK FARMER was dedicated to his pro£ession,
to his clients and to the people of the County and the State of Ca].ifornia,
serving conscientiously, energetzcally and e.nthusiastically as an attorney
and as an instructor a~ ~he ~'eather River Police Academy, and as a member
of the Criminal Law Committee ot the State Bar of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~he Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of Galifornia, as follows:
1, That said Soard hereby memora7.3.zes its appreciatian of tne
meri.torious services rendered to the people of the County of Butte by
PFRRY M.ACK FARMER during his li~etime.
2. That the condoZences and heartfelt sympatY~y of this Board
~e extended to his wife Irene and that the Clerlc of this Board forward
a certified copy of this Resolution to hero
3, That the regular meeting of this Board held on May 30, 1972,
be adjourned xn memory of PERRY MACK ~'.ARMFR.
