WHERE.AS, pursuan~ ~eo the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, e~ seq~, this Board wishes to abandon
said easement as described below.
NOW, THEREF4RE, ~~ TT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
~or present or pxospecrive public use.
2. That said public utility easement as hereinafter
described i.s hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easement is situated in the
County pf Butte, State of California, and described as follows,
to wit :
The Northwesterly and Sauthwesterly 10 feet of Lot 20
for public utility easements as shown on that certain
Map ~ntitled, '~PARKSIDE TERRACE SUBDIVISION N0. 2"
which Map was filed in the office of,the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California, September 28,
1950, in Map Book 18, at Pages 37 and 38.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super-
