3 ot the Government Code af the State ot California, the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings for the
establishment of a couc~ty service area within the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, the LOCAL AGII3CY FORMATI01~ COMMISSION of the
County of ~utte h.as approved the establishment o~ said Service Area
No. 450
NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the Board of Super~
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
lo That a county service area is proposed to be establish-
ed under the texms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area
of Butte County; the bounda~y lines of the territories proposed for
inclusion in the area are more particularly described in Exhibit ~"A~u
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as though fu11y
set forth verbatim and at length,
2, That the proposed name for said County Service Area
is County Service Area No, 45,
3, That there are no extended county services prov,ided.

/~, That the types of extended county services proposed
to be provided zn this area is study, design, constructian, maintenance,
and the operati~i of a sanitary sewer service, pursuant to Government
Code §252~.0.4(a), located within the boundaries of the area described
herein.
5. That a tax sufficient to pay for such services which
are furnished on an extended basis will be annually levied upon all
taxable property within such a~ea.
