RESOLt3TTON ADOPTING PROPOSED BuD~ET FOR THE FISCt4L XEAR 1972-73

BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OP SUTTE,
STAT~ OF Ct~LZk'ORNIA~ as follows:
l. That the tabu].ation o£ anticipated revenues and propased eapenditures
for the fiscal year 1972-73 has been reviewed and revised under the direction of
this Board, and now conforms to its judgement as a proper preliminary finaneial.
prograra for said fiscal year and is hereby adopted as the '~Proposed Budget of the
County of Butte for the Fiscal Year 19'72-73."
2. The °°Proposed Budget" shall be reproduced and a sufficier~~ number of
budget documents shall be provided so that each taxpayer who desi.res may ob~ain
one, and a copy shall immediatel.y be forwarded to the State Contro].ler by the
Auditor.
3. The Clerk of the Board shall for~hwith publish a notice once in a
newspaper of general circvlation stating that:
{a} The "Proposed Budget~~ documents are avail.able to taxpayers
requesting them.
(b) That this Board o~ Supervisors will meet at 9:00 a.m. on
P~Ionday, the lOth day of July, 1972, in the Board of Supervisors room in the
Courthouse on Huntoon Street, in the City of draville, County of Butte, State of
California, for the purpose of fixing the fina7. budget and any taxpayer may
appear ~hereat and be heard regarding the a.ncsease, decrease or omission of any
items of -the Budget or for the inclusion of additionaJ. items, all in accordance
with Secti.on 29,066 of the Government Code of the State of California.
