ment Bonds pursuant ~o the Improvement Act of 1911; and ~-

County of Butte has the legal obligation to make co~.Zect.ions ot
ass~ssmeni.s, i.o provide for ~he paymen~. of princi~al and inter~st
insta].lments on said bonds, and to keep accurate recozds th~reof;

WIiEREX~S, a.t is the intent of the Board of Superirisors
that the costs o~ impro~Tements in speciaZ assessznent distra.cts,
inc~,uding th~ cost oi- servicing said bonds, should be paicl from the
proceeds of assessmunts on property bene~iting from the im~rovements,

That this Board her_eby finds that a boa~d serva.ce charge
, of $50.00 p~r bond for bonds issued under tha Impxovement Ac{~ of
1911 ivith a 15-year maturity is a fair and reasonab~e charge to
rea~mburse tlie Coun~y of I3utte for the services of the County Treasurer
in administ~ring sai.d bonds•over their life.
' That a.bond sezvice cliarge of $50.00 for each bond
issued uncier the Tmproverneni~ Act of 1911, said bond having a 15-year
` ma~urity, is hereuy established.
~ That saa.d bond service chazge shall b~ included as an
inczdental expense of any special assessment proceedings conducted
by the 13oard of Superviso.rs.
