RESOLUTTON ESTABLISHING F~E FOR SERVICES
OF THE COUIdTY TREASURER IN ADMINI5TERTNG
AIVD SPLITTING OF INiPROVEMENT ~ONDS
UND~R T E ZMPROVEMENT kCT OF
WI-IEREAS, the Board of Supexvisors of the County of Butte from time
to time has authorized the issuance of Local Tmprovement Bonds pursuant to
the Improvement Act of 1911; and
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer receives applications in wz~9.ti.ng to
split existing Local Im~rovement Bonds into two or more new bonds; and
WHEREAS, the service of splitting bonds is requzred by 1aw and
allows the legislative body to set a fee; and
WHEREAS, costs are incurred by the Treasurer in processing bond
sp].its which are not imputed in the original bond fee; and
WHEREAS, costs are incurred by the Treasurer in processing additional
bonds created by the splitting of existing bonds,
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, California:
That this Board hereby fixes a reasonable fee to be paid to the
County Txeasurer ~o reflect actual co'sts of the services r~ndered by the
TreasUrer in spZit~ing existing impravement boncEs pursuant to the Improvement
.Rct of 1911.
That this Board hereby directs the County Treasurer to collect the
sum of $10,00 per bond on each new subdivided parcel.

than 15~year matu~ity may be es~ablished by this Board at such
time as is requized. • -
