Rosenbaum to allow the abandonment of a public utility easement as
described below,
WHIIZEAS, pursuant to ~he authority vested in this Board under
Government Code §§5~430, et seq, this Board wishes to declare its
inte.ntion to abandan said public utility easement as described below:
NO~T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on Au~us~t 22= ~, I972, at ~;~0 ~,m., in the Board
Chambers, Cou.rthouse, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the abandon~
ment ot the following described easement:
The southerly six feet of a tw~elve foot pub~.ic utila.ty
easement situa~ed contiguous to the north lfne o£ fiLZot
No. 2 of the Brown Subdivision", recorded in the of~ice
of the Recorder of Buete County in Baok 30 of Maps at
page 30.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
