RESOLUTION APPROVING JdINT USE AGREEMENT
WITH THE RECLAMATION BOARD
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that ~his Board approves
the attached Joint Use Agreement with the Reclamation Baard
of the State of California concerning Little Cha.co Creek
and a~uthorizes the Chaixman to exeaute said agreemen~ on
behalf of the County of Butteo

THI3 AGREEMENT, entered into this day of

hereinafter called Coanty, and the Sacramento and San Joaquin
Arainage District, acting by and through THE R~CLAMATEON BOARD,
hereinaf~er cai.led "Board",

WI~REAS, County is in possession of certain real praperty
acquired by easement deed as more particularly described in
Exhibit A attached hereto.
WHEREAS, County desires to transfer to Board ~h~ ri.ght
jointly to use and enjoy said propexty rights set forth in saa.d
deed in the herein~elow described propertX. ~
ATpW, TT~REFORE, in considezation of t'!ie premises and of
the mutual covenants hereinaftar set farth, County and Board
mutuaZly agree as fallows:

~ L County hereby perpetually transfers the right to
jointly use the hereinbelow desc~ibed property to Board. Said
right of joint use shal~ be 1imi~ed ~o tnose rights presently held
by County, and County makes na warxanty, express or implied, as to
rights other than those set forth in the here~nabove xeferenced
vesting document.
2. Board agrees to accept said joint use.
