FOR FISCAL YEAR 1972-73
WHEREAS~ the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Califoxnia has heretofore set the time and place for hearing and fixing the
finai budget as on the ZOth day of July~ 1972~ in the Board of Supervisors
room in the Butte County Courthouse~ Oroville, California; and
NIHEREAS, said hearing was co~tinued from day to day and concluded
an the date hereof; and
WHEREAS, such increases or addi~ions that were proposed in writing
and filed with said Board before the close of said budget hsarings were con-
sidered by said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of California, that the appropriations now contained
in the preliminary budget as revised by the Board at the public hearing are
hereby declared adopted and the various appropriations therein specified are

THAT said afoxementioned apprapriations hereby are finally determined
and adop~ed and ordered filed in tkae office of said Board. The £oregoing resolu-
tion was introduced by Supervisor Maxon, who moved its adoption,
seconded by Supervisor pouthit ,and said Resolution was passed this lst
day of August 1972, on roll call by the following votes:
AYES: Supervisors Douthit, Ladd, Madigan, Maxon, Gilman
NOES: Nane
