Resolufion No. 72-140
WHEREAS, this Board passed Resolution 72-116 establishing
the Butte County Commission on Senior Affairs;
WHEREAS, Thia Board wishes to amend said resolution to
clarify the language therein relating to paragraph 4 thereofo
NOW, 'TfiER~~'OR~, B~ IT RESOLVED by this Board as fol.lows:
l, That parag~aph 4 of Resolution 72-116 is hereby
amended to read as foJ.lows:
"Each appointment shall be for a period of
two years; however, with creation of the Commission,
five membexs (one from each Supervisorial distr~.ct)
would be agpointed for a one y'ear term, thus aLlowing
for rotation of inembership. County employee members
of the Commission sha11 be entitled reimbursement tor
actual and necessary travel expense in attending
meetings of the Commission in accordance with County
regulations."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board oft Supervisors
this 2zna day of August _, 1972, by the foIlowing vote:
